The Comedy of Errors: NT Live Alert!!
Hello folks,
Thought I’d drop a quick post in case you hadn’t yet heard the news…
We will be broadcasting our production of William Shakespeare’s The Comedy of Errors live to a cinema near you on March 1st (that’s this coming Thursday by the way). This is one of the National Theatre’s NT Live shows and we’re all very excited to be a part of it. It’s the first NT Live I’ve been involved with at the National. We had our first camera rehearsal last week and we have one more this week before the live broadcast on Thursday. So if you want to see me and my merry band of buskers singing pop songs in Romanian twenty foot tall at the cinema, this is your chance.
Here’s the trailer from the NT site:
Of course, there are still 22 performances left at the theatre if you want to see us in person. You can check the available dates on the NT website and book your tickets there. The show is still selling really well so don’t leave it too late! The play features a wonderful cast and stars Lenny Henry. Directed by Dominic Cooke and with a beautiful set designed by Bunny Christie, it really is a fantastic production and a joy to be involved with.
See you there…
Until next time.
